Tarrif Codes for Chemical Licenses

A review of the definition of pesticides and toxic chemicals under the Act and descriptions under the Common External Tariff of the Caribbean Community and the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System, we have ascertained that the following Tariff Numbers should be licensed by the Board:

32:15	Printing Ink, writing or drawing ink and other inks, whether or not contracted or solid

34:03	Lubricating Preparations
34:04	Artificial waxes and prepared waxes
37:07	Photographic Chemicals;
38:01 – 38:24	Miscellaneous Chemical Products;
